Three Easy Steps To Join
ONE: Please review our Membership Levels & Fees to determine which level of membership is right for your company. Please note: If your company is a manufacturer you MUST join the Forum as a Principal Level member.
As a Principal member, your company has the right to submit products for certification, the right to vote on working documents, stand in as a Working Group or Task Group chair, stand for election to a board seat, and free access to the WiMAX Forum Spectrum & Regulatory Database.
Associate-Regular, Vertical-Regular, Regular & Principal members have access to our membership websites, working group pages and documents, the right to attend working group face-to-face meetings and member conferences and the ability to network with other member companies.
Associate-Regular, Vertical-Regular and Regular members may purchase access to the Spectrum & Regulatory Database for an additional $2,400.
- Please note: Anyone can join as a Principal Member and if your company plans to submit products for certification, Principal membership is a must.

TWO: The next step is to review the Membership Agreement & other documents outlined on our Terms & Conditions page. In step three you will complete the online application and during this process you will be required to check a box that indicates that you agree to the terms of the membership agreement. Please take the time to carefully review the information on the Terms & Conditions page.
THREE: Choose your membership level from the link below:
Once you select your membership level, you will be redirected to an online application. After you complete this application, you will receive confirmation via email that we have received the application. If you do NOT receive this email, please contact Membership Services.
After we receive the application, it is reviewed by the Membership Services team and sent to the Board of Directors for approval. This process normally takes 7-10 days if there are no questions regarding the application you submitted. Associate-Regular applicants are approved by the WiMAX Forum, Director of Marketing.
Once your membership application has been approved, an invoice will then be generated and upon receipt of payment you will be sent, by email, a welcome letter with your login credentials to assist you in getting connected within the WiMAX Forum. You will then have full access to our internal website to begin enjoying the benefits of membership within the WiMAX Forum. We will then contact you for an introductory session.
